Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to these four countries.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed: carrier delays, weather or customs processing can affect them.

Holiday orders
To receive your order before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 4.

Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed based on tracking, email us at nelvera.support@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help redirect the package if the carrier allows it. One order ships to one address.
