Where we sell
We currently sell and ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders with a shipping address outside these countries may be canceled and fully refunded.

Products and pricing
Prices are displayed in your local currency (USD, CAD, AUD or NZD) based on your country. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. We may change prices, descriptions and product availability at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. We make every effort to display accurate product information; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Product use and disclaimer
The Nelvera Massage Headrest is designed for relaxing massages at home. It fits under most mattresses between 6 and 17 inches (15 to 43 cm) thick, on a bed with a frame, box spring, slats or platform. Please follow the setup instructions included with the product and check that the headrest is securely in place before each use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, injury or pain, please consult a licensed physician before use.

Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.

Shipping
Shipping is free to all countries we serve. Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds and guarantee
Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
